A fifty-eight (58) bed freestanding inpatient facility is located in Saranac Lake, N.Y., and outpatient clinics are located
throughout Franklin and Essex Counties in Saranac Lake, Malone, Elizabethtown and Ticonderoga. A community residence is located
in Poughkeepsie, NY.
