St. Joseph's Rehabilitation Center, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, is sponsored by the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement and provides inpatient, outpatient and community residential alcoholism and substance abuse services. While primarily located in New York's Adirondack region, St. Joseph's provides services to clients living throughout New York State.

A fifty-eight (58) bed freestanding inpatient facility is located in Saranac Lake, N.Y., and outpatient clinics are located throughout Franklin and Essex Counties in Saranac Lake, Malone, Elizabethtown and Ticonderoga. A community residence is located in Poughkeepsie, NY.
